The layout is ready for a photo, a rating, a position and six stats, so all you add is the season. Upload photos and we remove the backgrounds, fill in each card and check them in the preview. A coach's workflow
Start a team order, choose this template and add each player in turn. Send parents a link to upload photos so you are not chasing pictures. Fill in the season's stats from your notes, check every card in the preview and order in one go.
It is easiest to keep a running note on your phone through the season: goals, assists and the odd standout moment. Then the stats write themselves in May.
Picking a team of the season
Some clubs pick a best eleven by vote; others give every player a card. If you vote, let the players do it. Children take it surprisingly seriously and the winners love the recognition.
A good compromise at grassroots level is a card for everyone, with the voted best eleven also getting a larger print for the clubhouse wall.
Which stats to track
Keep it simple and consistent across the squad: matches, goals, assists, clean sheets, training attendance and a coach's rating. Consistent stats make the set read as one.
For younger players, swap in stats that reward effort and attitude, like most improved or best teammate, so every child sees something they did well.
Ordering in time
Cards are made to order and need time to be printed, so place the order well before the presentation night. Treat the date of the awards evening as a deadline you work back from.
Build in a few extra days in case a parent is slow to send a photo.
Picking a size
A5 is a good size for each player to take home and stand on a desk. A3 suits a bedroom wall. For the clubhouse, an A1 or A0 card of the player of the season gives the awards evening a proper centrepiece. Prices start from £18.00.
Making it personal
Add something unique to each card, such as a nickname in the name field or a memorable moment as one of the stats. It means every player's card feels like theirs, not just a copy of everyone else's.
Questions, answered
Can parents upload photos for me?
Yes. Share a link through team orders and they can upload their child's photo to the right card.
Can I build the whole squad at once?
Yes. Team orders keep every card together, so you can build and review the full squad before you order.
Should I give every player a card?
That is your call. Many grassroots clubs do, so nobody on the bench feels left out.
Can I check all the cards before ordering?
Yes. Every card has a preview, so you can check names, stats and photos for the whole squad before you order.
