What size cards do you offer?
Our cards are available in a range of sizes, starting from A5 to A0. You can choose from small, pocket-sized cards right the way through to giant, life-sized cards.
What are they made of?
Each card is made from 5mm waterproof PVC and has a super-smooth surface feel. Lightweight but durable, they feature a rigid outer shell and a solid foam core made from 50% recycled materials. In fact, they’re the world’s first eco-friendly FUT cards and are 100% recyclable.
Do they come with wall mountings?
Wall mountings are sold separately, however all of our cards come ready to hang with handy wall-sticking strips that can be used on any flat surface or wall.
What type of image can I upload?
Our card creator supports both png and jpg image uploads, as well as HEIC (or HEIF) photo files available on iPhone 7 and later models running iOS 11 or later operating systems.
Can I upload a photo from my phone?
Yep! You can upload images to our card creator straight from your phone or computer.
Which type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments from all card brands supported by Stripe.
Do you accept bulk orders?
We’re unable to process bulk orders at the moment, but hope to do so in the near future – watch this space!
Where do you ship to?
We provide free delivery to absolutely anywhere in the world – just name the location!
What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping for all UK and international deliveries. Simply select the destination you’d like your order sent to and we’ll ship it completely free of charge. All of our cards are dispatched using courier or tracked mail.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are custom printed and dispatched within 72 hours of being placed. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. UK orders for cards up to size A4 will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and should arrive within 1-2 working days. Larger orders will be shipped by Next Working Day Courier. Please note that delivery outside of the UK will take longer.
What’s your returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with the design, print and quality of your card, we’ll issue you a replacement for free.
In the unlikely event your card arrives damaged, we’ll always offer to refund or replace it – if you believe your card to be faulty, you should let us know straight away and provide photos of the damaged card and its original packaging.
To make a return, please email support@cardstar.me quoting your order number and stating the reason for the return. Once we receive notification of your return, we’ll then give you instructions on how to return your order. Please note that items must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund or replace as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, although they can take up to 28 days.

Card Star is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by or in any way officially connected with EA Sports, FIFA, or any other sporting body or team.
