We’re still printing and dispatching orders during the coronavirus pandemic, however shipping times to some destinations are changing daily – please bear with us and allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

We offer free shipping for all UK and international deliveries. All of our cards are dispatched using courier or tracked mail.
Orders received by 12pm Monday-Friday are custom printed and shipped the very same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that delivery outside of the UK will take longer.
All of our cards are packaged safely in flat, rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials. In the unlikely event that your personalised football card arrives damaged, we’ll always offer to refund or replace it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’re not completely happy with the design, print and quality of your card, we’ll issue you a replacement for free.
In the unlikely event your card arrives damaged, we’ll always offer to refund or replace it – if you believe your card to be faulty, you should let us know straight away and provide photos of the damaged card and its original packaging. To make a return, please email email@example.com quoting your order number and stating the reason for the return. Once we receive notification of your return, we’ll then give you instructions on how to return your order. Please note that items must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund or replace as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, although they can take up to 28 days.
