A card for every player is one of the simplest ways to make a squad feel like a team. Coaches use them as end of season gifts, clubs hand them out at presentation evenings and parents put them on bedroom walls. Team orders let you build the whole squad in one place: choose a design, add each player's name, position and stats, and share a link so parents can upload their own child's photo. Every card is printed to order and cut to the card's outline.

How team orders work

Start a team order and pick the design the whole squad will share. Add each player one by one with their name, position and six stats. Instead of collecting photos yourself, send parents a link so they can add their own child's photo.

You can see every card in the preview before ordering, so you can check names and spellings in one sitting.

Matching designs, individual players

Using one design for the squad gives a matching set that looks good laid out on a table or pinned up in a clubhouse. Each card is still personal, with the player's photo cut out and placed on the design, and stats that reflect their season. Coaches and managers can have a card too.

Ideas for team stats

For older players, real match numbers work: appearances, goals, assists, clean sheets. For younger squads, try stats that reward effort, such as training sessions attended or best celebration. Keep the categories consistent across the squad so the cards read as a set.

Sizes for squads

Most teams choose one of the smaller sizes from A5 to A0 for every player, around A5 or A4, then a larger print of the squad's captain or coach for the clubhouse. A3 suits a bedroom wall, and A1 or A0 is a bold display for the club bar. Prices start from £18.00.

Plan the details before you start

Before you begin, make a simple list of each player's preferred name, position and the six stats you plan to use. Agree the stat labels with the coaching staff first so every card follows the same pattern. Keep the wording positive, and remember the cards are a keepsake, not a league table.

Include the helpers too: the manager, the kit organiser, the parent who runs the tea urn. A card for them is often the one that gets the biggest reaction at the presentation evening.

Check every card in the preview

Look at each card in turn and match the photo to the right name and position. Different portraits may need a different zoom, even when the squad shares a design, so adjust until each face sits well in the frame.

Once every card looks right, order the set together so the whole squad arrives at the same time and nobody has to wait for a late addition.

Questions, answered

Do I need to collect every player's photo myself?

No. You can share a link with parents so they add their own child's photo directly to their card.

Can I add a coach or manager card?

Yes. Add them like any other player and give them a position such as "Coach" or "Manager".

Can every player have a different design?

Yes, though most teams use one design so the cards look like a set.

Which sports does this work for?

Team orders work for any sport we have designs for. Football and rugby have the widest range.

Can I check the cards before ordering?

Yes. Every card has a preview, so you can check the whole squad before you order.
