France have been European champions twice, in 1984 and 2000, and they go into most tournaments among the favourites. This design takes its colours from France and frames a player of your choosing. Add their photo, a name, a position and six stats, and see it come together in the preview. It suits a French family on this side of the Channel, a fan who loves a cultured number ten, or a young player who practises volleys against the garage door.

Ready for the tournament

The design takes its colours from France, with the player's photo as the focal point. We remove the background from the picture, leaving the player sharp against the design.

Shots with good daylight on the face give the best finish.

A cross Channel gift

Families split between Britain and France often send presents back and forth. A card is light, personal and can be sent straight to an address in France. Make one for a nephew in Lyon and one for a cousin in Leeds, on the same design, for a set that spans both sides of the water.

Stats for a creative player

France have a history of gifted playmakers, so try stats like assists, dribbles, chances created and goals from free kicks. For a goalkeeper, clean sheets and penalties saved work well.

Sizes

Choose from A5 to A0. An A5 is a neat desk card or birthday present, an A3 suits a bedroom wall, and a club night or Sunday league clubhouse can take an A1. Prices start from £18.00.

Gifts for French speakers learning English, and the reverse

A card is a fun way to practise a language. Children learning French can label their own stats in it; French children learning English can do the opposite. It turns a football gift into something a little more useful, and the preview makes it easy to check spelling before printing.

Names and accents

Type the name the way the player is known at home, accents and cedillas included, and read the preview line by line before you order. Stats can be in French, English or a mix: put "Passes décisives" next to "Goals" if that is how the family talks about the game. A cousin with a long double barrelled surname is easy to fit, because every field takes free text.

Questions, answered

Is the card linked to the French football federation?

No. It is inspired by French colours and has no connection to the federation.

Can I post it straight to France?

Yes. We deliver worldwide, so the address can be in France as easily as in Leeds.

Can I mix French and English on the card?

Yes. Every field is free text.

What if my photo is a bit dark?

Try a brighter shot if you have one. Good light on the face makes the biggest difference.
