Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union and over 180 more countries. Every card is made to order, and the delivery options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. A0 cards are not delivered to the European Union.

Outside the UK, the US and the European Union (including Norway, Switzerland and the rest of Europe), cards go by DHL Express and are priced in US dollars; the cost depends on your country and the card size. Any import duties or taxes your country charges are paid on delivery. The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Your cards are printed once your order is accepted, then sent by carrier. Timings depend on where you are and on the carrier, so any time we give is an estimate rather than a promise. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
When your cards arrive
Please check your cards are all there and undamaged, and keep the packaging. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, email sales@cardstar.me within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo if you can.
Returns and refunds
Faulty, damaged or wrong cards. We will send the missing cards, or reprint any card that is faulty or damaged. If we cannot, we will refund what you paid for it to your original payment method. If we ask you to send a card back, we will pay reasonable postage.
Changing your mind. Every card is printed to your design, so once your order has gone into production it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Before then you can change or cancel it: email sales@cardstar.me as soon as you can.
Please check the name, photo and details in the preview before you order: the card you see is the card we print.
CardStar gifts. You can cancel an unused gift for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.
