At the end of a season, every player can have a different story to tell. A TOTS style template helps a coach or parent prepare personal card

At the end of a season, every player can have a different story to tell. A TOTS style template helps a coach or parent prepare personal cards on one consistent design. Add photos, names, ratings, positions and six stats, then check every preview. You create a reminder of the season that can accompany a team presentation or a gift handover.

Prepare your list of players

Start with a list of the people who will receive a card. Check the names used by the team and their positions before filling in the template. Decide whether the whole squad will be represented or whether you want to recognise particular contributions through a clear approach. This preparation helps connect every card with the right person.

Return to your season notes

Use your own notes to choose stats relating to matches and training. Appearances, goals or assists can be possible subjects depending on the position. Check available data rather than filling in figures at random. When exact records are missing, a clearly expressed personal assessment can describe a player’s effort or improvement and give the gift a meaningful connection.

Recognise different contributions

Two players do not necessarily experience the same season. A new member may have gained confidence while another changed position. Adapt the six labels to those experiences. Keep a shared approach to ratings so that the set remains understandable while leaving room for the individual story of each person receiving their own card.

Collect the team’s portraits

A photo collection link lets players or parents submit their images. Choose sharp, visible faces; we remove the backgrounds to place the people on the design. Add personal details and adjust the position and zoom in every preview. Review portraits separately so that images and information do not accidentally get swapped between players.

Choose sizes for the presentation

Six sizes are available within A5 to A0, with prices from $22.00. Think about the display during the handover and where players will show their gifts afterwards. A desk, shelf or wall offers different possibilities. Check the formats selected across the set before ordering the cards, particularly if they will initially be presented together.

Make one final review of the set

Compare the player list with the prepared cards. Read through every name, position, rating and set of six stats. Cards are printed to order and cut to their outline. Keep the season notes nearby during the final review to confirm figures and easily find the details that need a correction before placing your order.
